When I read a History of France book to my daughter and they talked about wars or fightings at every page, when I happen to listen to the so sad news on the radio or when I learn about how people's life can be affected by stupid laws, I feel really sad. I wish and do my best to be a change in this world as much as I can possibily be and start with myself and within my family.

All the different methods of communication, thoughts or tools that I found could help me make this change are listed bellow. Such as the Non Violent Communication Language, A new Earth by Eckhart Tolle, Imago Therapy, the power of thoughts and many websites and books.

Non Violent Communication language (NVC)

This teaches a way of talking that can be used in various situations such as Parenting, Relationship, Couples or even Nations and allows to focus on feelings and needs. It is based on the fact that a conflict comes from unmet needs from each parts. One of the accent of this way of communicating is using "empathy and self-empathy".

"A new earth, awakening to your life's purpose" by Eckhart Tolle

This book is the most inspiring and change boosting I have ever read.

Here is a quote about it or just read it!: "In illuminating the nature of this shift in consciousness, Tolle describes in detail how our current ego-based state of consciousness operates. Then gently, and in very practical terms, he leads us into this new consciousness. We will come to experience who we truly are—which is something infinitely greater than anything we currently think we are—and learn to live and breathe freely."

Affirmation, the power of your thoughts and the importance of living your life purpose

Affirmations, "The Secret", the power of your emotions, how ever you call it, it works. The way you think consciously and unconsciously has a direct effect on how your life unfolds. Living or not your life purpose has also the same effect.

If you change your thoughts and the way you can feel even a few minutes a day to start with, you will see good things coming to you. I know it sounds difficult to believe. If at some point you have enough of what life is offering to you then give it a try. Wether you welcome your life purpose in your daily life or not can make a huge difference too.

For more guidance you can contact Cat Runningelk a wonderfully intuitive life coach and more or read one or 2 books on the subject like "You can heal your life" by Louise Hay. Here is quote from her:

"This year I do the mental work for positive change!"
I know that until we make inner changes and are willing to do some mental work, nothing out there is going to change. The only thing we need to change is a thought -- just a thought.
So this year think of all the positive things you can do for yourself. Think only positive thoughts.
Affirm what you want each day as soon as you wake up. Say OUT to any unwanted, negative thinking. Be grateful for all the good in your life.
In this way, you are doing the mental work that effects positive change.

"Getting the love you want" by Harville Hendrix also called Imago Therapy

This Therapeutic technique is based on using the relationship you have with your partner or your children to heal wounds of your childhood.

It is an amazing view on how couples can become healing partners. After a "romantic period" some issues can arize in a couple. This is a great opportunity to deepen your relationship, learn about your partner wounds and talk about yours.

The method offers a "Mirroring, Validating and Empathy" tool that is great in many situations.
